We ship from the UK. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, with delivery typically 3 to 5 working days across the UK. You will receive tracking by email once your order is on its way.

Our 60-day promise

Use your Rosewell curler for up to 60 days. If it does not finally let you do your own hair, contact us for a full refund.

How to return

Email our team with your order number and we will send return instructions. Once your return arrives back to us, we process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
